We have immediate openings for TREC licensed home inspectors to serve the entire Houston metroplex. We provide a large array of ancillary inspections such as lawn irrigation systems, thermal imaging inspections, pool & spa, well, septic, pier, dock & bulkhead, boat/jet ski lifts, house elevation plots, drone, and sewer scopes. We pay for InterNACHI membership, training, high cost tools, E&O insurance, report software license, HAR/supra membership and more. Comes with paid time off.

Inspectors can make up to $65 k the first year and can qualify for additional pay as an InterNACHI Master Certified Inspector.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or GED
  • Active TREC License
  • Great verbal communication skills
  • Must have mobile phone

  • Good general physical and mental health
  • Must be able to get on/off and walk roofs safely
  • Must not be afraid of heights (acrophobia)

Regular Work Activities:

  • Perform residential home inspections
  • Perform WDI termite inspections
  • Perform add-on services inspections: thermal imaging, pool & spa, well, septic, pier/dock/bulkhead inspections
  • Attend ongoing training in-house and field

Benefits

  • Compensation is between $45,000 and $65,000 depending upon experience as a licensed home inspector

As part of our growth MHIS is looking for people to help us to bring the most excellent experience to our clients. Help them to make good decisions about their future inspection. We are seeking a Call coordinator to provide outstanding customer service and help our clients to schedule and choose the perfect inspection. The call coordinator will handle a high volume of inbound calls and should provide a positive experience to every customer.

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers.
  • Be able to follow communication scripts when handling calls.
  • Answering or making customer calls to schedule/re-schedule an inspection.
  • Engaging with callers to confirm or clarify information, as needed.
  • Building relationships with customers and realtors.
  • Make courtesy Call Backs to Clients and Realtors.
  • Appropriate using software, databases, and CRM. (Spectora and/or Nextiva)
  • Identify customers’ needs and make recommendations for packages and services.
  • Identifying and reporting issues to the high-level management.
  • Daily reports updates.
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities.

One of the most important positions in our company is Customer Relations REP, this person is responsible for making weekly office visits to Real Estate Offices, schedule times when we can sponsor events (appreciation events, courses, etc), create office presentations, schedule times to meet new realtors (meetings over breakfast or lunch) in order to build a strong and personal relationship with them.

This role requires a diverse skill set that includes having exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, must thrive in a results-driven environment and be able to connect with our realtor community, be our voice and ears in the real estate market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make weekly office visits to real estate offices to schedule meetings to promote our services.
  • Create office presentations for meetings and events.
  • Schedule times to sponsor events with Real Estate Agencies.
  • Attend 2 or 3 coffee meetings a day.
  • Serve as backup to Client Coordinator.
  • Call realtors to set up meetings.
  • Maintain our social media Updated (Facebook/ Instagram)
  • Attend a home inspection to record videos for our page or social media.
  • Create and maintain our email campaigns such as Monday Motivation emails, newsletters, announcements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Sales or Customer Service is a plus.
  • Must be a highly motivated, self-starter.
  • Bi-lingual desired (English and Spanish)
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Skilled in the Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

The Pest Control Technician is the face of our company to the customer. His role, in addition to treating a property for pests, is to develop strong positive relationships with our customers in order to increase customer retention and customer referrals. The PCT must have a license by the Texas Department of Agriculture as either a commercial pest control technician or as an applicator. Truck and tools are provided along with a gas allowance and paid time off.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or GED
  • Active Texas Department of Agriculture Commercial Technician or Pest Applicator License
  • Great verbal communication skills

Regular Work Activities:

  • Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments
  • Perform WDI inspections
  • Perform rodent and animal extraction and exclusions except for bees, bats, and birds.
  • Attend ongoing training in-house and field
